Hey guess what...

I finally got my copy of "Half-Blood Prince"!!! Too bad I already know what happens. I hate Snape so much. Just wanna strangle that... okay well anyway, I have to read my summer reading at the same time though... which sucks.

Now for some July birthday shoutouts:

July 10: Happy 16th, Renee! I love the journal. The quotes in it are so quirky. And I LOVE all the songs on the CD! I just never knew who sang them. Hehe.

HAPPY 16TH!!!

He looks kinda cute in this picture. But then he started growing his hair longer (along with many of the other Gryffindor actors) and they look so... emo... Whatever. No matter. Because DRACO IS MINE!!! I don't care about... hehe nevermind.

I think I lost my mind. Katie Leung's 18th birthday is next month. Really soon. And one of her fansites (katie-leung.com) is writing a letter and sending some other stuff to her. And if you want your say in the letter, all you had to do was email or comment. So yeah... if you hadn't guessed already... I commented and actually somewhat wished her a happy birthday. Bloody Merlin... now it'll be typed, printed, and she will read it. I couldn't really wish for her anything positive on her day... I mean she's filthy rich AND she landed a movie role "on a whim"! What more could she want? But still... i did it. What the heck...

Anyway I dunno if I mentioned this already, but Emma wears braces now:

See? It's so sad for some reason... I dunno I feel sorry for her. She doesn't smile as much or as WIDE as she used to. It's like she's too embarassed to show she has them and tries not to show it. Ah well... they weren't too bad before.

Okay that's it. Can't wait for the next film in November!

ALOHA!

OMG guess what midnight is...Midnight would mean it would be July 16th which means...

HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE!!!

How awesome! I was supposed to go to a release party at a Borders book store, but it didn't really go as planned. My cousin's birthday party was today (he turned 6 on Wednesday actually) and my brother had a basketball game that ran from 8-9 pm. And the realease party is from 9pm to midnight.

After my brother's game my mom actually took me and my brother to Borders. I wanted to dress up and stay until 11pm or so... but I didn't. I want that novel in my posession SO badly. I MUST read it. I will buy it tomorrow. There'd probably a huge line... how fun!

I got Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans! They have two new flavours! Rotten Egg and Bacon. Lol how interesting. And I got a book called A Muggles Guide to the Harry Potter Universe (I think that's what it's called). I had to get something since I couldn't stay for the party... I honestly need my driver's permit.

ALOHA!

Sorry I haven't updated in ... two weeks was it? Internet was down, I was busy, and I went to HAWAI'I!!! Haha obviously with that aloha. But anyway... I hope everyone's summer has been good so far. I just totally fell in love with O'ahu. -sigh- Everyone there is so laid back. I wish I had pictures, but it’s loaded on my dad’s laptop. I’ll post some here as soon as I can. But in the meantime, here’s my awesome week away from OC---

SATURDAY 25 JUNE: We were at the airport pretty early and I saw Chrissy! So much excitement. We both had the same flight, but different seating. We arrived at O'ahu at 2 pm Hawai'i time and 5 pm Cali time. Chrissy left with her grandma and sister and we checked into our hotel the Waikiki Beach Marriott. SOOO lovely! Our room had street and ocean view. Then, we unpacked, and drove around for hours and looked for a place to eat. Then we slept kinda late. My dad says Hawai'i is looks a lot like the Philippines and the buildings are like Japanese inspired. Lol.

SATURDAY 26 JUNE: My dad wanted to visit Pearl Harbor so we did. I was in a slight bf (bitch fit) that morning because I think I literally got up on the wrong side of the bed. But, in the afternoon, It was better. It was hot yet extremely breezy. Really nice. The tour wasn't boring, but it was alright. Somewhat interesting. Then, once back at the hotel, we bought tickets to a luau for the coming day.

MONDAY 27 JUNE: HAPPY SWEET 16 TO ME!!! :happy: This has got to be the best birthday ever. Before I tell you, I just want to say a HUGE MAHALO TO:

Jainah: I got your text right when I turned my phone on.
James: The most original birthday phone call ever! Much mahalo to you it was really nice! I need to give you a hug when I see you.
Chrissy: You called me like, everyday. Lol. I'm glad we travelled together! It was fun! But damn you for getting stay there a week longer.
Spam: You called me right before the actual luau. Thx for calling! I love ya!
Steph: I LOVED LOVED LOVED the skirts. I'm wearing it right now! Much mahalo to you as well.

Okay, I got up early and we left the hotel at about 9 am. My mom wanted to stop by a bakery on our way to pick up Chrissy (she thought we got lost because we were late picking her up). We picked her up and then on our way to the place, we stopped by this lookout on a mountain and it was extremely windy. I got kinda pissed because I just did my hair and it was flying into my lipgloss. hehe. But anyway, after that, we passed a gorgeous beach (very little people and the water was actually blue) and then we arrived at the Polynesian Culture Center at about noon. I spent the best birthday there.

Once there, two really cute guys were greeting people with shell necklaces. Teehee. Then we went on this canoe ride and when we got off, we were on the “island of Hawai’I” and we learned some hula! That was fun. By the way, I am SO taking Polynesian dance this summer. Anyway, we just went to different “islands” of Polynesia and saw some dances, and told us about their island and culture, and I tasted fresh poi (fresh is better). Speaking of dance, Chrissy and my gracious mother forced my to go up on stage TWICE (different places) to dance with the Polynesian dancers when they asked for volunteers. The first time, the guys on stage were so damn cute and… oh the embarrassment. The second time, it was even worse. The dancers said it was easy, but it was quite the opposite. It was so fast I couldn’t keep up. But it was fun.

At 5 pm, we were at the luau. And here’s the BLONDE MOMENT: I saw that there were two other guys and two girls and a photographer greeting us with more leis and after I got off the phone with Spam, I told Chrissy, “Hey! We’re going to get laid again!” Of course I meant being graced with a lei. Then afterwards, I was like and hoped my parents didn’t hear that.

After the luau, there was an 8 pm show. Sort of like a finale for the day. It’s too bad there couldn’t be any flash photography. But I took pictures on my phone. Then, It ended. I was sad.

Many of the people that work there are actually students at a nearby university, BYU. They get their education and housing for FREE. That is a good reason why I want to study there. Now I’m torn between Academy of Arts in San Francisco and BYU. BUT, the students pay for it by working at the center either as dancers, waiters, tour guides, etc. There are students there from Asia, New Zealand, America, Europe, and of course the islands.

But you know, it’s so crazy that probably 75% (I’m guessing) of the male students who work as dancers there are INCREDIBLY in shape. Almost all of them have such rock hard bodies yet not like those overly muscular body builders. DAMN they were fun to watch. And then they were really energetic and their accents… my gawd what a fantabulously kinky (lol joke on the kinky) way to spend my birthday. Thank you mother and father.

TUESDAY 28 JUNE: Still sad that the previous day is history. But we visited the Dole Plantation. My mom wanted to. Didn’t stay there long. I had yummy pineapple dole whip (kinda like ice-cream but no dairy). Then we drove by North Shore. We went to Waikiki beach for about ½ hour then to the hotel pool for another ½ hour. The beach was too crowded and icky. They put a wall there and I hated it. No waves.

WEDNESDAY 29 JUNE: Hm… I woke up later than usual. We went to the Diamond Head Crater. We took a LOOONG hike up the mountain/crater. It was fun though! It got really high and you could see all of O’ahu. VERY picturesque. My brother got scared because of the height. Added enjoyment. Then, we went to go eat and went to the Ala Moana mall. It was outside, yet inside. OH OH! There are a TON of designer stores! Then, we picked up Chrissy and went to the beach for a while then stayed for hours at the pool. My bikini went from a pretty blue to white. Then, we dropped her off kinda late at night.

THURSDAY 30 June: We had to go home. We arrived in LA at 6 pm Hawai’i time and 9 pm our time. So sad. Now I’m here… back in the stressful world.

I had an extremely horrific dream last night. It wasn't a nightmare. Let's just say that Katie Leung was in it and when I woke up, I realized she looks very much like a friend of mine. And... er...

Eight days of school left. Hope things improve.

It's my cousin. Yay! But ay... the puberty and the growing... eek. Hehe.

Okay, now I have to leave because we're having dinner at their house. But first... look what I found!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DRACO MALFOY!!!

So awesome I know his birthday now! I though it was in winter but it's the same month as mine!

Why do little 10 year old boys think they're cool? And they just start hitting on girls who are way out of their league. Not only is it so wrong, it's annoying! Then they start being provocative and saying "You know you want this" and just doing all these things... UGH! I would give them the finger, but that disgusting boy was well, a stupid BOY so I can't do that. I just gave him a bitchy attitude and ignored him. But seriously, how rude and it's gross. -shudder- I hope he changed, because if not I can see him end up with a beer belly, sitting on the couch in a trailer park and bossing around his whore wife. Sorry, but he better change his gigolo attitude.

WOW coolness! That's the most props/comments ever! I feel uber special now. Haha uber... that's a first. Anway, MUCH THX!

My weekend was PINAY FABULOUS! Lol okay not really... I just had an interesting week. Er... more interesting than usual.

San Francisco was awesome. But I think we spent more waking hours in the car than acutally touring the place. Anyway, I saw the Academy of Arts university, which is downtown. Even though the city is extremely crowded and kinda "dirty" like LA, I love it because it's so busy and lively. The school is GORGEOUS! There's paintings, sculptures, animations... all these works students have done. There are even two buildings for the school! One in one street and the second in the next block. We talked to the administration, we got all the info, catalogue, everything! There was this awesome Filipino professor and he was talking to my grandma and parents and he said there's a lot of Filipinos. Anyway, yeah, I'm SO looking forward to going there.

That's about it... but we went to a pier in the evening and there was a store called Fairy Land. LOVE that story!

Anyway, I might have pictures later on (I took tons... maybe too much). I'm off to watch a video clip of an interview I missed!

I forgot to mention I visited my dad's uncle. He's like, my somewhat distant grandpa. But anyway, he's 90-something and is really lively. He seems younger than his age and I'm really happy for him. My grandparents and him were talking, and I wasn't exactly listening, but the conversation shifted to his wife. It's INCREDIBLY sad. He didn't know his wife was in the Philippines! He thought she was home, but just out of the house. I was like, OMG... aw... At least he wasn't sad about it. He just said "OH! -laughs- I didn't know!" If I were him, I'd cry (I'm just like that I guess). Then before we left, we were taking pictures and he said several times (happily, mind) "I wish my wife were here, you know? It would've been good" as in picture perfect. I feel sorry for him, but if he isn't in depression about it, then I'm happy for him.

I fell into those empty moods. You know that funny feeling in your stomach? Sort of like butterflies... anxiousness. It's like that...

Except it's in my chest/heart. I'm kinda sad. Don't know why...

Anyway, I'm going to San Francisco for the weekend with family and relatives. Oh joy [sarcasm]. My dad is pushing it. Making such a big deal about the Academy of Arts university I wanna go to... making us visit the campus and making me do thorough research. It's a GOOD SCHOOL. Period.

Swim for PE. What a complete waste of time, water, hair products, clothing, electricity, etc...

I wanna see Revenge of the Sith one last time.

This is as exciting as it gets. Woohoo.

That's really gross/creepy. But at least we know Lindsay didn't get a boob job. Someone said she totally shrunk in that area. Cute dresses though... I hate extremely thin celebs. They just... ... whatever. There, you see why Hilary Duff and Brenda Song are awesome?! They aren't thin, or overweight. They are AVERAGE. Just like me. What a slight lift of spirits...
